「チクタク とけいがっこう」（以下「本アプリ」）は、子どもが安心して時計の読み方を学べるように作られています。このページでは、本アプリが扱う情報について説明します。
本アプリには登録やログインがなく、名前・メールアドレス・写真・位置情報など、お子さまを特定する情報を入力させたり集めたりすることはありません。
学習の記録（星・シール・カード）、タイマーの設定、音や声の設定は、お使いの端末の中だけに保存されます。本アプリがこれらの情報を私たち（GRAMSHIFT）や外部に送ることはなく、私たちが受け取ることもありません。
学習の内容（文字・絵・音・声）はすべてアプリの中に入っていて、遊ぶためにインターネットは要りません。利用状況の計測（アナリティクス）も入れていません。インターネットを使うのは、購入と購入済みかどうかの確認（Google Play）、および保護者の方が「おうちの方へ」の画面から開くページ（Google Play のレビュー、このポリシー、メール）の時だけです。これらのページを開く前と購入の前には、保護者の方に向けた確認（かけ算の問題）があります。このほか、レッスンを何度か終えた後に、Google Play の評価の窓（Google のしくみ）が出ることがあります。窓に入れた内容はアプリには届きません。
本アプリに広告はありません。
有料の内容（はじめの2つより後のレッスン、「やくそくタイマー」の1日2回目からの利用、ごほうびのカードの一部）の購入は、Google Play を通して行われます。お支払いの情報は Google が扱い、私たちが受け取ることはありません。本アプリは、購入済みかどうかを端末の上で Google Play に確かめるだけです。購入の前には、保護者の方に向けた確認（かけ算の問題）があります。
「やくそくタイマー」は、決めた時間になったことを知らせるために、端末の通知を使います。通知は端末の中で予約され、外部のサーバーは使いません。通知の許可は端末の設定からいつでも取り消せます。
私たちがお子さまの情報を売ったり、第三者に渡したりすることはありません。上の「購入」に書いたとおり、購入の手続きでは Google Play が、ご自身の Google アカウントの情報を扱います。くわしくは Google のプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
端末に保存されるデータは、本アプリだけが読めるアプリ専用の保存場所に置かれます。Android の自動バックアップは使っていないため、このデータがクラウドに写されることはありません。
端末に保存されたデータは、消すまで端末に残ります。「おうちの方へ」の画面の「星とシールをすべて消す」、またはアプリの削除で、いつでも消せます。
本アプリの読み上げの声は、AI による合成音声です（実在の人物の声をまねたものではありません）。声はあらかじめ作ってアプリの中に入れてあり、お子さまの声を録音したり、マイクを使ったりすることはありません。
本アプリは、米国の児童オンラインプライバシー保護法（COPPA）や各国の子どものプライバシーに関する決まりに沿うように作っています。ご質問や、お子さまの情報についてのご依頼は、上のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。

"Clock School" (Japanese title: チクタク とけいがっこう; the "App") is made so that children can safely learn to read an analog clock. This policy explains what information the App handles.
The App has no sign-up or login. It never asks for or collects information that identifies your child, such as name, email address, photos or location.
Learning records (stars, stickers and cards), timer settings, and sound and voice settings are stored only on your device. The App never sends this information to us (GRAMSHIFT) or to anyone else, and we never receive it.
All learning content (fonts, pictures, sounds and voices) is included in the App, so no internet connection is needed to play. It contains no analytics. The App uses the internet only for purchases and for checking whether a purchase has been made (Google Play), and when a parent opens a page from the "For parents" screen (the Google Play review page, this policy, or email). A check intended for parents (a multiplication question) is shown before these pages open and before any purchase. In addition, after several lessons, the Google Play rating window (provided by Google) may appear. What is entered there is not sent to the App.
The App contains no ads.
Paid content (the lessons after the first two, using the "Promise Timer" more than once a day, and some of the reward cards) is purchased through Google Play. Payment information is handled by Google; we never receive it. The App only asks Google Play, on the device, whether the purchase has been made. A check intended for parents (a multiplication question) is shown before any purchase.
The "Promise Timer" uses the device's notifications to tell you when the chosen time has come. Notifications are scheduled on the device; no external server is used. You can withdraw the notification permission at any time in the device settings.
We do not sell your child's information or give it to third parties. As described under "Purchases", Google Play handles information from your own Google account when a purchase is made. Please see Google's privacy policy for details.
Data saved on the device is kept in the App's private storage, which only the App can read. The App does not use Android auto backup, so this data is not copied to the cloud.
Data saved on the device stays there until it is deleted. You can delete it at any time with "Erase all stars and stickers" on the "For parents" screen, or by uninstalling the App.
The narration voice in the App is AI-generated synthetic speech (it does not imitate any real person). The voice is produced in advance and included in the App. The App never records your child's voice and does not use the microphone.
The App is designed to follow the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and children's privacy rules in other countries. For questions or requests about your child's information, please contact us at the address above.
