Your game data stays on your PC. While the plugin is running (it stops when you close the Stream Deck app), it receives your own hero's data from Dota 2 on the same PC, keeps what the keys need in memory and draws it on your keys. It has no account, no analytics and no telemetry. The one thing it sends over the network is the check of your license key (the key, the product, a mark of the PC made so that the PC's own id cannot be read back from it, and the plugin's version). No game data is ever sent.

The plugin itself has no analytics. The product pages on gramshift.com (the product page in each language; not this privacy page or the support page) use Google Analytics to count visits: which page was opened, from which site or search, and the browser's general location and device type. Advertising cookies and ad personalization are always off. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, the analytics cookie is set only after you choose Accept on the small banner at the bottom of the page; until then, or if you choose Decline, Google receives only cookieless signals without an ID. Elsewhere the pages set the analytics cookie when they open. Your choice is kept in your browser (local storage) so the banner does not come back; clear this site's data to choose again. Google processes this data on our behalf and GRAMSHIFT is the controller; we rely on your consent in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, and elsewhere on our legitimate interest in knowing how visitors find these pages. To refuse, choose Decline on the banner, block cookies for gramshift.com in your browser, or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

The plugin is sold directly by GRAMSHIFT on gramshift.com. Payments are handled by Stripe; GRAMSHIFT never receives card details. The order, the email address and the license key are kept for the download, the license check and accounting; see the direct store privacy policy for the details.

Apart from the license check, the plugin works only as a tool on your own computer: GRAMSHIFT does not receive anything else from it. For the license check, sales records and support emails, GRAMSHIFT is the controller. We rely on the contract with you (the license you bought), our legitimate interest in answering requests and legal obligations (for example tax records). GRAMSHIFT is based in Japan, so this information is processed in Japan and by the providers named above.

Uninstalling the plugin from the Stream Deck app removes the plugin, its settings (with the license token) and its log file; removing its keys removes their settings. Two things stay until you delete them by hand: the game settings file in the Dota 2 folder (path above) and the PC mark files in %LOCALAPPDATA%\GRAMSHIFT (other GRAMSHIFT direct-store plugins on the PC use them too). Support emails are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and meet legal obligations; you can ask us to delete them. Sales records are kept for up to 7 years for accounting and tax.
If the plugin ever starts to send other data or store other data, this policy will be updated before that change is released, and the date above will change.
