Your flight stays on your computer. The plugin does not collect or send any data about you or your computer. While one of its keys is on your Stream Deck, it reads values of your aircraft from Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 or 2020 through SimConnect, keeps the latest values in memory and draws them on your keys. When you press a switch key, it asks the sim to run that key's control (for example the landing gear). It has no account, no online service, no analytics and no telemetry of its own, and it never sends anything over the internet.
SimConnect.cfg file in the Stream Deck plugin's folder or in your user folder if you made one, else the sim's local named pipe, else the local port the sim writes in the Windows registry. If you made a SimConnect.cfg that points to another computer, the plugin connects to that address, as you set it; it never connects anywhere else.FlightSimulator.exe or FlightSimulator2024.exe), so that a key can say "the sim is starting". Only the answer yes or no is used; the list of programs is not stored or sent.%APPDATA%\GRAMSHIFT\LiveCockpit, as described in its license notice, the plugin loads it from there. The plugin itself has no analytics. The product pages on gramshift.com (the English and the Japanese page; not this privacy page or the support page) use Google Analytics to count visits: which page was opened, from which site or search, and the browser's general location and device type. Advertising cookies and ad personalization are always off. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, the analytics cookie is set only after you choose Accept on the small banner at the bottom of the page; until then, or if you choose Decline, Google receives only cookieless signals without an ID. Elsewhere the pages set the analytics cookie when they open. Your choice is kept in your browser (local storage) so the banner does not come back; clear this site's data to choose again. Google processes this data on our behalf and GRAMSHIFT is the controller; we rely on your consent in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, and elsewhere on our legitimate interest in knowing how visitors find these pages. To refuse, choose Decline on the banner, block cookies for gramshift.com in your browser, or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

The plugin is sold on the Elgato Marketplace. Purchases, payments and licenses are handled by Elgato (Corsair) and its payment provider under Elgato's own terms and privacy policy. GRAMSHIFT never receives card details. If Elgato provides us with sales records (for example the date, country and amount of a sale), we use them only for accounting and tax.
If you contact us, we receive what you choose to send (for example your email address, your message and any screenshots). We use it only to answer you. Email to contact@gramshift.com is forwarded by our email forwarding provider (ImprovMX) to a mailbox hosted by Google (Gmail), so those providers process support emails on our behalf. Please do not send passwords or other secrets.
The plugin works only as a tool on your own computer: GRAMSHIFT does not receive or process anything from it. For sales records and support emails, GRAMSHIFT is the controller. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering requests and on legal obligations (for example tax records). GRAMSHIFT is based in Japan, so this information is processed in Japan and by the providers named above.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or object to its use, by emailing contact@gramshift.com. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Uninstalling the plugin from the Stream Deck app removes the plugin; removing its keys removes their settings. The plugin keeps no other data. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and meet legal obligations; you can ask us to delete them. Sales records are kept for up to 7 years for accounting and tax.
If the plugin ever starts to send data or store other data, this policy will be updated before that change is released, and the date above will change.
