本アプリ「ピクトラ（Pictora）」（以下「本アプリ」）における、利用者の情報の取り扱いについて定めます。

1. 本アプリが収集しない情報

本アプリのパズルの進行・統計・コレクション・設定などのデータは、すべてお使いの端末内で完結します。これらの内容を開発者のサーバーへ送信・収集することはありません。データは端末内（ローカルストレージ）にのみ保存され、アプリを削除すると消去されます。氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの個人を特定できる情報を、開発者が収集することはありません。

2. 広告について（第三者による情報収集）

本アプリは、無料での提供を継続するため、Google が提供する広告サービス「Google AdMob」を利用して広告を表示する場合があります。AdMob は広告の配信・最適化・不正防止のために、以下のような情報を取得・利用する場合があります。

• 広告識別子（Advertising ID）
• おおよその位置情報（IPアドレスに基づく国・地域など）
• アプリの利用状況・広告の表示や操作に関する情報
• 端末の種類・OSバージョンなどの技術情報

利用者は、端末の設定から「広告ID のリセット」や「広告のパーソナライズをオフ」にすることで、パーソナライズ広告を制限できます（Android：設定 → プライバシー → 広告）。

3. 課金（広告の削除）について

本アプリは、広告を非表示にする有料オプションを提供する場合があります。購入手続きおよび決済は Google Play（Google Play Billing）を通じて行われ、クレジットカード番号などの決済情報を開発者が取得・保存することはありません。決済情報の取り扱いは Google のポリシーに従います。

4. 対象年齢・児童のプライバシー

本アプリは13歳以上の利用者を対象としており、児童（13歳未満）を主たる対象とするものではありません。本アプリは「ファミリー向けプログラム」を対象としていません。広告配信にあたっては、Google Play および AdMob のポリシーに従って適切な設定を行います。

5. 権限について

本アプリは、広告表示のためにインターネット接続を利用します。連絡先・写真・位置情報（GPS）・マイク・カメラなどへのアクセスは行いません。

This Privacy Policy describes how user information is handled in the app "Pictora" (the "App").

1. Information We Do Not Collect

All gameplay data — puzzle progress, statistics, collections, and settings — is processed and stored entirely on your device. We do not transmit or collect this content to our servers. Data is saved only in your device's local storage and is removed when you uninstall the App. We do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

2. Advertising (Third-Party Data Collection)

To keep the App free, it may display ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use information such as the advertising identifier (Advertising ID), approximate location (country/region from IP address), app usage and ad interaction data, and device/OS technical information, for ad delivery, optimization, and fraud prevention. This information is handled by Google. See:

You can limit personalized ads by resetting your Advertising ID or opting out of ad personalization in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).

3. In-App Purchases (Ad Removal)

The App may offer a paid option to remove ads. Purchases and payments are processed through Google Play (Google Play Billing); we do not receive or store payment details such as credit card numbers. Payment handling follows Google's policies.

4. Target Age / Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not primarily directed to children under 13. The App does not participate in the "Designed for Families" program. Ads are configured in accordance with Google Play and AdMob policies.

5. Permissions

The App uses an internet connection to display ads. It does not access contacts, photos, GPS location, microphone, or camera.
