Contact

Email contact@gramshift.com in English or Japanese. We reply within 7 business days, usually sooner. Please include your Windows version, your Stream Deck app version, the game version, whether the game runs on this PC or a console, the text of the "Status" line in the key's settings, and, if possible, a photo or screenshot of the key and of its settings.

Set up the game

  1. In F1 25, open the telemetry settings (Settings, Telemetry Settings) and set: UDP Telemetry On, UDP IP Address 127.0.0.1 (the game on this PC), UDP Port 20777, UDP Format 2025. A higher send rate makes the keys follow faster; 20 Hz is enough.
  2. Drag ERS & Fuel, Tyres or Race Status onto keys. As soon as you are on track the keys show your car.
  3. Console or second PC: in the game set the UDP IP Address to this PC's address on your network, and in each key's settings choose Receive from: This PC and the network. Windows may ask whether to allow the Stream Deck plugin through the firewall on private networks; allow it for this to work. (Keys can only be sent to a game on this PC.)

Send a game key with a press

  1. In the key's settings, type a Key to send, for example F13, Ctrl+Shift+E, Num5 or Alt+Up. Keys the game does not use otherwise (F13 to F24, or a combination) avoid clashes.
  2. In the game's controls settings, assign the same key to the control you want (for example the ERS mode or the multi-function display).
  3. Only while the game is the active window is on by default: the key is sent only while the program in front is F1_25.exe, so a press never types into another window. If your game's program has another file name, enter it under Game program (several names separated by commas).

Keys are sent the way a keyboard sends them (scan codes), held for a short moment and released. Windows does not let a program running as a normal user send keys to a program running as administrator: if the game runs as administrator, the keys do not arrive. Anti-cheat software may also ignore sent keys; the display keys are not affected by that.

What the keys show

Key showsMeaning
NO DATANothing arrived on the port for 3 seconds: the game is closed or in a menu, UDP Telemetry is off, or the port or IP address in the game is different.
UNSUPPORTED, format 2024 (or another year)The game sends another UDP format. Set UDP Format to 2025 in the game.
UNSUPPORTED, sizePackets of format 2025 arrive with a size the plugin does not know, probably after a game update. The plugin shows no numbers rather than wrong ones; please contact us.
PORT BUSYAnother program (often another telemetry app) already uses the port. Close it, or use another port in the game and in the keys. Some telemetry apps can forward the game's packets to a second port.
NO CARYou are spectating: there is no car of yours.
--That value has not arrived for 3 seconds (some values come less often than others).

ERS & Fuel: the fuel figure is the laps to spare as the car's display shows them (minus = short of fuel, red). Tyres: wear green below 25%, yellow below 50%, orange below 70%, red above; temperatures blue below 80 °C, green up to 104 °C, orange up to 114 °C, red above. Race Status: the banner shows red flag, safety car, VSC, formation lap, yellow, blue or green flag; the DRS box is gray (not allowed), outlined yellow with the distance (available soon), green (allowed) or bright with OPEN (open).
