収集しない情報: 本アプリは、お客様が開いた刺繍データ、最近開いたファイルの一覧、設定（言語・単位・表示テーマ・糸の色替え）を、すべて端末内にのみ保存します。開発者がこれらのデータを収集・送信・閲覧することはありません（広告配信のために Google が取得する情報は下記「広告について」をご覧ください）。アカウント登録は不要で、個人情報の入力を求めません。開いた刺繍データそのものが、どこかへ送られることはありません。すべての読み取りと表示は端末の中だけで行われます。書き出した画像（PNG）と刺繍データ（DST）は、端末の一時領域に置いたうえで共有シートに渡すだけで、外部へ送信されません。アプリを削除すると、保存した設定・最近開いたファイルの一覧・端末内に控えた刺繍データも端末から失われます（バックアップ機能はありません）。

広告について: 本アプリは Google AdMob による広告を表示します。表示されるのは画面上部のバナーのみで、こちらから割り込む全画面広告（インタースティシャル）は一切ありません。データを見ている途中に全画面広告を挟まない方針です。加えて、「動画を見て60分 広告を消す」をお客様ご自身が押したときにかぎり、報酬つきの全画面動画広告を1本再生します。押さなければ再生されません。刺繍データを見る機能はすべて無料です。15形式の読み取り、針数・色数・仕上がり寸法の表示、糸の順番と使用量、糸の色替え、DSTの書き出し、画像の保存を含め、機能はいずれも購入や動画視聴の対象にしていません。広告配信のため、Google および広告パートナーが広告識別子（Advertising ID）やおおよその位置情報・端末情報を取得・利用する場合があります。取得したデータの取り扱いは Google のポリシー（policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites）に従います。EEA・英国・スイスでは、初回起動時に Google の同意フォーム（UMP）を表示し、同意の内容に応じて配信されます。同意はアプリ内の「広告の設定」からいつでも変更できます（この項目は、変更手段の提供が必要な地域でのみ表示されます）。端末の設定から広告IDのリセット／パーソナライズ広告のオプトアウトも可能です。

権限: 本アプリは、インターネット接続（android.permission.INTERNET / ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE）と、アプリ内購入のための課金権限（com.android.vending.BILLING）、広告配信に必要な広告ID関連の権限（com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID、および Android プライバシーサンドボックス用の ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID / ACCESS_ADSERVICES_ATTRIBUTION / ACCESS_ADSERVICES_TOPICS）を宣言しています。インターネット接続は、広告の取得・表示と、外部リンク（本ポリシー等）をブラウザで開くために使用します。このほか、広告SDKが内部のバックグラウンド処理に用いる権限（WAKE_LOCK / FOREGROUND_SERVICE）が含まれます。刺繍データの読み取り・表示・書き出しはすべてオフラインで動作します。カメラ・位置情報・連絡先・写真・ストレージの権限は使用しません。刺繍ファイルは、お客様が選んだとき、または他のアプリから本アプリに渡されたときにだけ開きます。

アプリ内購入について: 本アプリには買い切りのアプリ内購入「広告を消す（remove_ads）」が1つだけあります。購入で変わるのは次の1点だけです。

• 上部の広告枠が永久に消えます（「動画を見て60分 広告を消す」を押す必要もなくなります）。

刺繍データを見る機能そのもの（15形式の読み取り、絵柄の表示と拡大、針数・色数・仕上がり寸法、糸の順番と使用量、押して開ける一覧、糸の色替え、DSTの書き出し、画像の保存）と、8つの対応言語（日本語・英語・スペイン語・ポルトガル語・ドイツ語・フランス語・韓国語・中国語）は、購入の有無にかかわらずすべて使えます。購入の対象にしている機能は1つもありません。決済はすべて Google Play が処理し、開発者はクレジットカード番号などの支払い情報を受け取りません。購入の記録は Google Play アカウントに紐づきます。機種変更や再インストールのあとは、アプリを起動して前面に戻したときに自動的に購入状態を問い合わせて元に戻します（「復元」ボタンを押していただく必要はありません）。アプリ側は「購入済みかどうか」を端末内に控えるだけで、この控えを外部へ送信することはありません。

お子様のプライバシー: 本アプリは刺繍ミシンを使う方および一般の利用者向けであり、13歳未満を対象としていません。

免責（重要）: 本アプリは、刺繍データの中身を読んで見せるための道具です。データを作る機能・編集する機能は持ちません。

• 画面に出る絵柄は実寸（1:1）ではありません。画面の幅に合わせて拡大・縮小されます。実際の仕上がりの大きさは、画面に数字で表示される寸法（mm）でご確認ください。
• 画面に出る糸の色は、実際に縫い上がる色とは異なることがあります。DST・EXP・U01 など、形式そのものが色の情報を持たないデータがあります。その場合、本アプリは色替えの区切りに既定の色を割り当てて表示しています。実際の色は、ミシンに掛ける糸で決まります。
• 針数・色数・仕上がり寸法は、データに書かれた針の座標から計算した値です。糸ごとに表示する数はその色で縫う針数であり、糸の長さや必要な糸の量ではありません。実際に使う糸の量は、糸の種類・張力・生地・下糸によって変わります。
• 枠に入るかどうかの最終確認は、お使いのミシンで行ってください。ミシンの機種・枠・データの原点の扱いによって、実際に縫える範囲は変わります。
• DSTの書き出しは、形式を変換して同じ品質を保証するものではありません。DSTは色の情報を持たないため、色の指定は書き出しに含まれません。書き出したデータをミシンに掛ける前に、必ずミシン側で内容をご確認ください。
• 本アプリが開けない形式があります（Wilcom の EMB、Bernina の ART、旧 Pfaff の VIP、Poem の CSD など。仕様が公開されていないためです）。開けない場合は、その理由を画面に表示します。

本アプリの表示内容・計算結果の利用により生じたいかなる結果（生地や糸の損失、縫い直し、ミシンの不具合等を含む）についても、開発者は責任を負いません。実際に縫う前に、必ずお使いのミシンで内容をご確認ください。

Data we do not collect: The embroidery files you open, the list of files you opened recently, and your settings (language, units, theme, thread colour changes) are all stored only on your device. The developer does not collect, transmit or access this data. (For information Google may collect to serve ads, see “Advertising” below.) No account or personal information is required. The embroidery files you open are never sent anywhere. All reading and rendering happens on your device. Images (PNG) and embroidery files (DST) you export are written to your device’s temporary storage and handed to the share sheet — they are never transmitted. Uninstalling the app removes the stored settings, the recent-files list and the locally kept embroidery data from your device (there is no backup feature).

Advertising: This app shows ads served by Google AdMob. What you see is a banner at the top of the screen only; there is no full-screen interstitial at all — we do not interrupt you with one while you are looking at a design. In addition, only when you yourself tap “Watch a video — 60 min ad-free”, one rewarded full-screen video ad is played. Nothing plays unless you tap it. Viewing embroidery files is entirely free. Nothing — reading the 15 formats, the stitch and colour counts, the finished size, the thread sequence and usage, recolouring, DST export or saving an image — is placed behind the purchase or behind a video. To serve ads, Google and its partners may access and use an advertising identifier (Advertising ID), approximate location and device information. Their handling of that data is governed by Google’s policies (policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites). In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland a Google consent form (UMP) is shown on first launch. You can change your consent at any time from “Ad settings” inside the app (that item appears only in regions where such a control is required), and you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings.

Permissions: The app declares Internet access (android.permission.INTERNET / ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE), the billing permission for the in-app purchase (com.android.vending.BILLING) and the advertising-ID permissions required to serve ads (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID, plus the Android Privacy Sandbox permissions ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID / ACCESS_ADSERVICES_ATTRIBUTION / ACCESS_ADSERVICES_TOPICS). Internet access is used to fetch and display ads and to open external links (such as this policy) in your browser. WAKE_LOCK and FOREGROUND_SERVICE are also present for the ads SDK’s internal background work. Reading, displaying and exporting embroidery files all work offline. The app does not use camera, location, contacts, photo or storage permissions. It opens an embroidery file only when you choose one, or when another app hands one to it.

In-app purchase: The app offers a single one-time purchase, “remove ads” (remove_ads). It changes one thing only:

• The top ad space is gone for good (and you no longer need to tap “watch a video for 60 minutes”).

Viewing itself — reading the 15 formats, rendering and zooming the design, the stitch and colour counts, the finished size, the thread sequence and usage, the tap-to-open list, recolouring, DST export and saving an image — and all eight languages (Japanese, English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Korean, Chinese) remain available whether or not you buy. Not one feature is placed behind the purchase. Payment is handled entirely by Google Play; the developer never receives your card or payment details. The entitlement is tied to your Google Play account. After changing phones or reinstalling, the app queries your purchases automatically when it comes back to the foreground and restores it — there is no “restore” button to press. The app only keeps a local note of whether you have purchased, and that note is never transmitted anywhere.

Children: This app is intended for people who use embroidery machines and for general users, and is not directed to children under 13.

Disclaimer (important): This app is a tool for reading and showing what is inside an embroidery file. It cannot create or edit embroidery data.

• The design shown on screen is not to scale (not 1:1). It is scaled to fit the width of your screen. For the real finished size, read the dimensions in millimetres shown on screen.
• The thread colours shown on screen may differ from what you actually sew. Some formats — DST, EXP and U01 among them — carry no colour information at all. For those, this app assigns default colours to each colour change so that you can see the design. The real colours are decided by the threads you put on the machine.
• Stitch count, colour count and finished size are computed from the stitch coordinates recorded in the file. The number shown next to each thread is the number of stitches sewn in that colour — not a thread length or the amount of thread you will need. How much thread is actually consumed varies with thread type, tension, fabric and bobbin thread.
• Whether a design fits your hoop must be confirmed on your own machine. The usable area differs by machine, by hoop and by how the file’s origin is handled.
• DST export is not a format conversion that guarantees identical quality. DST carries no colour information, so colour assignments are not included in the exported file. Always check the exported data on your machine before sewing it.
• Some formats cannot be opened (Wilcom EMB, Bernina ART, older Pfaff VIP, Poem CSD and others), because their specifications are not published. When that happens the app tells you why on screen.

The developer accepts no liability for any outcome arising from the use of what this app displays or calculates, including wasted fabric or thread, re-sewing, or machine trouble. Always check the design on your own machine before you sew.
