収集しない情報: 本アプリで選んだ写真や画像、作った図案、刺した記録、設定は、お使いの端末の中だけに保存します。開発者のサーバーへ送ることはありません。アカウントの登録もありません。AI で物を選ぶ機能も端末の中で動き、写真を外部へ送りません。開発者がこれらのデータを収集・送信・閲覧することはありません（広告配信のために Google が取得する情報は下記「広告について」をご覧ください）。
端末の外へ出る時: 図案を PDF や画像で書き出す時、シェアする時は、お客様が選んだ保存先・共有先へ渡します。その先での扱いは、それぞれのサービスの決まりに従います。
バックアップ: 本アプリのデータは Google のクラウドバックアップの対象外です。アプリを削除すると、端末の中の図案も消えます。残したい時は、アプリの「バックアップ」でファイルに書き出してください。
広告について: 本アプリは Google AdMob による広告を表示します。表示されるのは図案の一覧の画面の下部のバナーのみで、図案を作る・刺す画面には出ません。全画面広告（インタースティシャル）や動画広告はありません。Stitchmint Pro を購入すると広告は表示されません。広告配信のため、Google および広告パートナーが広告識別子（Advertising ID）やおおよその位置情報・端末情報・アプリの操作の情報を取得・利用する場合があります。取得したデータの取り扱いは Google のポリシー（policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites）に従います。EEA・英国・スイスでは、初回起動時に Google の同意フォーム（UMP）を表示し、同意の内容に応じて配信されます。同意は一覧の画面の「広告のプライバシー設定」からいつでも変更できます（この項目は、変更手段の提供が必要な地域でのみ表示されます）。端末の設定から広告IDのリセット／パーソナライズ広告のオプトアウトも可能です。
権限: 本アプリは、インターネット接続（広告の取得・表示と、アプリ内購入の確認のため）、アプリ内購入のための課金権限（com.android.vending.BILLING）、広告配信に必要な広告ID関連の権限（com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID）を使います。カメラや写真の読み取りの権限は求めません。写真は端末の標準の選択画面で、お客様が選んだ物だけを開きます。
アプリ内購入について: 本アプリには買い切りのアプリ内購入が1つあります（一度きり・定期購入ではありません）。
決済はすべて Google Play が処理し、開発者はクレジットカード番号などの支払い情報を受け取りません。購入はお客様の Google アカウントに結び付き、同じアカウントなら、入れ直した時や別の端末でも自動で戻ります。
お子様のプライバシー: 本アプリは13歳未満を対象としていません。
ご利用にあたって: ご自身に権利のない写真・イラスト・キャラクターなどを図案にして使う場合は、権利者の決まりに従ってください。糸の番号は目安で、画面の色と実際の糸の色は同じにはなりません。本アプリの利用により生じたいかなる結果（糸や布の消費等を含む）についても、開発者は責任を負いかねます。

Data we do not collect: The photos and images you pick, the patterns you make, your stitching progress and your settings are stored only on your device. They are never sent to the developer's servers, and there is no account. The AI selection also runs on your device and does not send your photos anywhere. The developer does not collect, transmit or access this data. (For information Google may collect to serve ads, see “Advertising” below.)
When something leaves your device: When you export a pattern as a PDF or image, or share it, the file goes to the destination you choose. That service's own rules apply from there.
Backup: This app's data is excluded from Google's cloud backup. Uninstalling the app also removes the patterns on your device. To keep them, export a backup file from the app.
Advertising: This app shows ads served by Google AdMob. What you see is a banner at the bottom of the pattern list screen only; it does not appear while you make or stitch a pattern. There are no full-screen interstitials and no video ads. Buying Stitchmint Pro removes the ads. To serve ads, Google and its partners may access and use an advertising identifier (Advertising ID), approximate location, device information and app interaction information. Their handling of that data is governed by Google's policies (policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites). In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland a Google consent form (UMP) is shown on first launch. You can change your consent at any time from “Ad privacy settings” on the list screen (that item appears only in regions where such a control is required), and you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings.
Permissions: The app uses Internet access (to fetch and display ads and to verify in-app purchases), the billing permission for in-app purchases (com.android.vending.BILLING) and the advertising-ID permission required to serve ads (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID). It does not ask for camera or photo-library permission; photos are opened through the system picker, and only the ones you choose.
In-app purchases: The app offers one one-time purchase (not a subscription).
Payment is handled entirely by Google Play; the developer never receives your card or payment details. The purchase is tied to your Google account and comes back automatically after a reinstall or on another device with the same account.
Children: This app is not directed to children under 13.
Using the app: If you turn photos, illustrations or characters you do not own into patterns, follow the rules of the rights holders. Thread numbers are a guide, and colours on screen will not match real thread exactly. The developer accepts no liability for any outcome arising from the use of this app, including thread and fabric used.
