These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the conditions for using the website gramshift.com (the "Site"), operated by GRAMSHIFT ("we"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. This English version is a translation; if it differs from the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.

1. The Site and our apps

The Site introduces the games and apps we make and publishes guides on how to use them. Our apps are distributed on Google Play, and the Google Play Terms of Service apply to downloading and using them. Where an app has its own terms, those terms take precedence.

2. Copyright

Copyright and other rights in the text, images, logos and other content on the Site belong to us or to their rightful owners. You may not republish, copy or modify them beyond what the law allows.

3. Prohibited conduct

When using the Site, you must not:

• break the law or act against public order and morals;
• place an excessive load on, or gain unauthorized access to, the Site's servers or network;
• interfere with the operation of the Site;
• infringe the rights of GRAMSHIFT or any third party.

4. Content and disclaimer

We try to keep the information on the Site accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or useful. Guides and example calculations are for reference only. For real-world work such as DIY, using essential oils, setting up fishing tackle or choosing vehicle parts, check the product instructions or professional advice and use your own judgment. Except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Site.

5. Links to other sites

The Site links to external sites such as Google Play. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Changes and interruptions

We may change the Site's content without notice, and may suspend or end the Site. We may also update these Terms when necessary. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page.

7. Discontinued service

These Terms were completely revised on October 7, 2026. The previous terms covered "GramShift", a tool for managing Instagram accounts that we previously offered and no longer sell or accept new users for. The terms in effect at the time continue to apply to the use of "GramShift". Contact us if you need a copy.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute relating to the Site.
