The app does not store your visitors' email addresses, and it does not send them or any other form data to GRAMSHIFT or to anyone else. When a visitor submits a form you protect, the app reads the email address only to check its domain against the lists you switched on and your own lists. When it refuses a submission, it adds one row with the form, the reason and the time, and no address, to a private collection on your own Wix site. The app's code runs on Wix's own hosting for Wix apps. GRAMSHIFT runs no server, database or other cloud service for this app.
The app keeps two collections in your site's CMS (Wix Data). They are set so that only the app and you, as the site owner, can read or change them; site visitors cannot.

The lists of domains are part of the app itself, so the check needs no outside service. The disposable list comes from the open disposable-email-domains project (CC0 1.0); the free email and internet provider lists are GRAMSHIFT's own. Details are on the Support page.
Visitors' browsers and your dashboard connect to Wix over HTTPS. The app's check runs inside Wix, and the collections are stored by Wix as part of your site.
You, the site owner, decide to collect the email addresses on your forms and are the controller of your visitors' data. The app processes the email address only to carry out the check you set up, on your behalf and on your site. We suggest your own privacy policy mention that the domain of each email address is checked and that some kinds of addresses are not accepted. Because nothing is stored about the people who submit, there is no visitor entry to remove. GRAMSHIFT does not keep a copy of your collections.
When a site installs the app or buys a plan, Wix shares information about the installation and the subscription with app providers, and may share the site owner's contact details. GRAMSHIFT uses this only to manage plans, answer support requests and meet legal obligations, and does not sell it. Payments are processed by Wix; GRAMSHIFT never receives card details.
If you email us, we receive what you choose to send (for example your email address, your message and any screenshots). We use it only to answer you. Please do not send your visitors' email addresses or other personal data unless it is needed to solve the problem. Email to contact@gramshift.com is forwarded by our email forwarding provider (ImprovMX) to a mailbox hosted by Google (Gmail), so those providers process support emails on our behalf.
For visitor email addresses, the app acts on the site owner's instructions; the site owner's own legal basis applies. For information received from Wix and for support emails, GRAMSHIFT is the controller and relies on its legitimate interest in managing plans and answering requests, and on legal obligations (for example tax records). GRAMSHIFT is based in Japan, so this information is processed in Japan and by the providers named above.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or object to its use, by emailing contact@gramshift.com. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
If the app ever starts to store more data or send data anywhere else, this policy will be updated before that change is released, and the date above will change.

本アプリは訪問者のメールアドレスを保存せず、メールアドレスやその他のフォームの内容を GRAMSHIFT にも第三者にも送りません。守る設定にしたフォームに訪問者が送信すると、アプリはメールアドレスを、ドメインを確かめるためだけに読み、入にした一覧とサイト主の一覧に照らします。送信を断った時だけ、フォーム・理由・時刻の1行（アドレスは含みません）を、お使いの Wix サイト内の非公開コレクションに置きます。アプリのプログラムは Wix アプリ用の Wix 自身の基盤で動きます。GRAMSHIFT は本アプリのためのサーバー・データベース・その他のクラウドを一切運用していません。

ドメインの一覧はアプリ自体に入っているので、判定に外部のサービスは使いません。使い捨ての一覧は公開プロジェクト disposable-email-domains（CC0 1.0）から作り、無料メールとプロバイダの一覧は GRAMSHIFT の自前です。詳しくはサポートページにあります。訪問者のブラウザとダッシュボードは HTTPS で Wix につながります。アプリの確認処理は Wix の中で動き、コレクションはサイトの一部として Wix が保管します。
フォームでメールアドレスを集めると決めるのはサイト主であり、訪問者のデータの管理者はサイト主です。本アプリは、サイト主が設定した確認のためだけに、サイト主に代わってサイトの中でメールアドレスを処理します。サイト主ご自身のプライバシーポリシーに「メールアドレスのドメインを確かめ、一部の種類のアドレスは受け付けない」旨を書くことをおすすめします。送信した人について何も保存しないため、訪問者ごとに消すものはありません。GRAMSHIFT はコレクションの写しを持っていません。
アプリの導入やプランの購入時に、Wix は導入とプランに関する情報をアプリ提供者に共有し、サイト主の連絡先を共有することがあります。GRAMSHIFT はこれをプランの管理・お問い合わせへの回答・法令対応にだけ使い、販売しません。支払いは Wix が処理し、GRAMSHIFT がカード情報を受け取ることはありません。
メールでお問い合わせいただいた場合、送っていただいた内容（メールアドレス・本文・画面写真など）を受け取り、回答のためだけに使います。問題の解決に必要な場合を除き、訪問者のメールアドレスなどの個人情報は送らないでください。contact@gramshift.com 宛のメールは転送サービス（ImprovMX）を通じて Google（Gmail）のメールボックスに届くため、これらの事業者がお問い合わせのメールを当方に代わって処理します。
訪問者のメールアドレスについては、本アプリはサイト主の指示に従って処理し、サイト主の法的根拠が適用されます。Wix から受け取る情報とお問い合わせのメールについては GRAMSHIFT が管理者であり、プランの管理と回答という正当な利益、および法令上の義務（税務の記録など）に基づきます。GRAMSHIFT は日本にあり、これらの情報は日本と上記の事業者のもとで処理されます。

本アプリが保存するデータを増やす、またはどこかへデータを送るようになる場合は、その変更を出す前に本ポリシーを更新し、上の日付を変えます。
