Terms of Use

App: Business Email Only (for the Wix Forms app) · Provider: GRAMSHIFT (Tokyo, Japan) · Effective: 2026-10-12 · Last updated: 2026-10-12

Who the parties are

These terms are an agreement between you, the owner of the Wix site where the app is installed, and GRAMSHIFT, the provider of the app. Wix.com Ltd. is not a party to these terms. Wix hosts the app, runs the App Market where you install it, and processes payments for paid plans. By installing or using the app you agree to these terms.

1. What the app does

Business Email Only checks new submissions to the Wix Forms forms you choose to protect. When the domain of the email address is on a list you have switched on (disposable and temporary addresses, free email providers, or internet provider and mobile carrier addresses) or on your Always block list, and is not on your Always allow list, the submission is stopped before it is saved and the visitor sees the message you wrote under the email field. Every other address goes through as usual. You can test any address on the app's page before you save. The app works with forms built in the current Wix Forms app.

2. Plans

The Free plan protects one form and includes every list and tool: the three built-in lists, your own Always allow and Always block lists, your message, the test box and the 30-day count of refusals. The Pro plan protects all of the forms on your site. The prices shown on the app's pricing page in the Wix App Market at the time you buy apply.

3. Billing, renewals and refunds

Paid plans are bought, renewed, cancelled and refunded through Wix, under Wix's terms and policies. GRAMSHIFT does not take payments itself and never receives your card details. When a paid plan ends, the app goes back to protecting one form, as on the Free plan.

4. Your license

While the app is installed on your site, you may use it for that site. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the app, try to get around the plan limits, or reverse engineer it, except where that right cannot be excluded by applicable law.

5. Your responsibilities

You decide to collect email addresses on your forms and are responsible for doing so lawfully, including telling your visitors in your own privacy policy that the domain of each address is checked and that some kinds of addresses are not accepted. You choose which forms to protect, which lists to switch on, what goes on your own lists and the message visitors see. If some of your customers use free or internet provider addresses for work, you can let them through with Always allow or switch that list off.

6. Your data

The app does not store your visitors' email addresses and sends nothing to GRAMSHIFT or to anyone else. It keeps your settings and, for each refused submission, one row with the form, the reason and the time (no address), in private collections on your own Wix site. Rows older than 180 days are removed when you open the app's page in your dashboard. The collections belong to your site. If they remain in your site's CMS after you remove the app, you can delete them there. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

7. Limits of the service

The app judges the domain of an address. It does not check whether the mailbox exists, and checking the address format is left to the form itself. The lists are kept as complete and accurate as we can and are refreshed through app updates, but new disposable domains appear all the time, so a list can miss a domain or, rarely, include one you want to accept; your own lists always take priority. The app is designed never to block your form because of its own problems: if the check cannot finish within about three seconds, or a Wix service it relies on returns an error, the submission is let through rather than stopped. Edits to existing submissions are not checked, and forms made with the legacy Wix Forms app are not checked. The 30-day count is best effort and can miss a refusal, for example when Wix limits how many writes a site's CMS accepts per minute.

8. No warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRAMSHIFT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost entries, lost leads, lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer rights in your country of residence.

9. Suspension and ending

You can stop using the app at any time by removing it from your site. If the app is ever withdrawn from the App Market, we will post a notice on this page first.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated. The version in force is the one published on this page, and the date above changes when it is updated. If a change affects paid plans, it applies from your next renewal.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
