GRAMSHIFT is the licensor of these plugins. These terms are an agreement between you and GRAMSHIFT only. JetBrains s.r.o. is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for or liable to you in any way in connection with the plugins. JetBrains Marketplace is the place where the plugins are sold and where payments, invoices and refunds are processed.
When you buy a subscription for a GRAMSHIFT plugin through JetBrains Marketplace, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use that plugin on the computers you work on, for as long as your subscription is active. A free trial with the full feature set is available before purchase.
An annual subscription includes a perpetual fallback license, on the terms JetBrains Marketplace applies to it: after twelve consecutive months of paid subscription, if your subscription ends, you may keep using the fallback version. The fallback version is the most recent plugin version that was available for purchase twelve months before the date your subscription expired, together with bug-fix updates for that version. Later feature versions are not included.
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish the plugin or its parts, remove or alter licensing checks, or reverse engineer it except where that right cannot be excluded by applicable law.
GRAMSHIFT plugins run locally inside your IDE. They do not send your source code, file contents, credentials, or scan results to GRAMSHIFT or to any third party, and they do not require an account or an API key from us. Where a plugin writes a report file, that file is written inside your own project directory. If an error or a freeze occurs in a plugin, your IDE may offer to send an error report (stack trace, IDE and plugin version, operating system) to JetBrains Marketplace, or send it automatically if you have turned on automatic error reporting in the IDE; we read those reports to fix defects. The plugins are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Security-related plugins reduce risk; they cannot guarantee that every secret, vulnerability or defect is found. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRAMSHIFT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer rights in your country of residence.

These terms may be updated; the version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase or renewal.
