GRAMSHIFT, 1-10-8 Dogenzaka, Shibuya Dogenzaka Tokyu Bldg 2F-C, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo 150-0043, Japan, is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. JetBrains s.r.o. operates JetBrains Marketplace and processes purchase and account data under its own privacy policy; this notice covers only what GRAMSHIFT receives.
The plugins work on the files of your open project inside your IDE. They do not send your source code, file contents, credentials or results to GRAMSHIFT or to any other party, and they contain no analytics or tracking. A plugin that connects to a server does so only to the server you configure yourself (for example your own Gitea or Forgejo instance), using the address and token you enter.
Purchase and trial records. When you start a trial or buy a subscription, JetBrains Marketplace makes a record available to us as the vendor: a reference number, the date, the name of the customer or organization, the country, whether the license is personal or commercial, and for purchases the amounts. We use it for accounting, tax records and license support. We do not use it for advertising and do not send marketing messages.
Error reports. If an error or a freeze occurs in one of our plugins, your IDE may offer to send a report to JetBrains Marketplace, or send it automatically if you have turned on automatic error reporting in the IDE. A report contains the stack trace or thread dump, the IDE and plugin versions and the operating system; a stack trace can contain file names or paths from your machine. We read these reports only to find and fix defects.
Support e-mail and bug reports. If you write to us or open an issue, we receive your address or user name and whatever you include. We use it to answer you and to fix the problem.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties, except with the providers we need in order to operate (our e-mail provider, and GitHub when you choose to report an issue there) or where the law requires it. The data is handled in Japan.
Purchase records are kept for as long as Japanese tax and accounting law requires. Error reports are kept until the defect is resolved and for a reasonable time afterwards. Support messages are kept for as long as they are needed to support you.
You can turn off automatic error reporting in your IDE settings, and you can decline to send an individual report in the IDE's error dialog. You can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, or object to its processing, by writing to gramshift.official@gmail.com. For data held by JetBrains (your JetBrains Account, payments, invoices), contact JetBrains.
