This policy explains how GRAMSHIFT ("we") handles information about visitors to the website gramshift.com (the "Site"). This English version is a translation; if it differs from the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the Site. Each of our apps and plugins (distributed on Google Play and other stores) has its own privacy policy, linked from its store page.

2. Information we collect and why

• Analytics: The Site uses Google Analytics, a service provided by Google LLC. Using cookies and similar technologies, it collects information such as the pages you view, the referring site, your device and browser type, and your approximate region. We use this information in aggregate to improve the Site. It does not include information that directly identifies you, such as your name or email address.
• Inquiries: If you contact us by email, we receive your name, email address and message. We use them only to reply to and handle your inquiry.
• Site cookie: Our server sets a cookie (sessionId, valid for 7 days) to distinguish connections. It contains no information that identifies you and is not used for analytics or advertising.
• Server logs: Our server records the IP address, date and time, and browser type of each request. We use these only to prevent unauthorized access and to troubleshoot problems.

The Site has no user registration, no purchases and no forms that send information to us.

3. Information sent to Google

Google Analytics sends the analytics information described above (including an identifier stored in a cookie and your IP address) to Google LLC, which uses it to provide analytics reports to us and to provide and improve Google services. The Site uses Google Analytics advertising features (Google signals). For visitors signed in to a Google account, Google may combine this data with information it holds to produce aggregate demographic and interest reports. You can turn this off by disabling ad personalization in My Ad Center.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

5. Access, correction and deletion

To request access to, correction of, suspension of use of, or deletion of information we hold about you, contact us at the email address below. We will verify your identity and respond as required by law. There is no fee. We will disclose information in the form you request, including electronic data sent by email. On request, we will also promptly explain the security measures we take to protect your information.

6. Discontinued service

We previously offered "GramShift", a tool for managing Instagram accounts. We no longer accept new users for it or sell it. Information registered at the time (username, email address, linked Instagram username and usage records) is kept only to respond to inquiries and requests and is not used for any other purpose. To have it deleted, contact us at the email address below.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when necessary. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
