What the app reads
Your catalog and blog. The names, page addresses, prices and main images of your visible products, and the titles, addresses and cover images of your published blog posts. On Pro, the name and page link of items in the CMS collections you choose, only from collections every visitor can read (members-only and private collections are left out, and so are draft items).
Your plan and settings. Whether the site has Pro, which Wix apps are installed (to know whether to read Stores and Blog), and the choices you make on the app's page.
What visitors type (Pro only). When a visitor stops typing, presses Enter or picks a result, the words they typed are counted; whether anything was found is decided on the server against the published search list. Words that look like an email address (they contain @) or contain a number of five or more digits (such as a phone, card or order number) are dropped and never stored. At most 500 different words are counted per day. No visitor ID, member ID, IP address, cookie or device data is stored. On the free plan nothing a visitor types leaves their browser.
The review request on the dashboard page. Once per site the page asks for a review on the Wix App Market and records when it was shown and whether you opened or closed it.
What the app keeps, and where
Everything is kept in your own site's CMS, in three collections of the app. Nothing is sent to GRAMSHIFT or to anyone else.

How long things are kept
Index: rebuilt whenever products or posts change and at least every hour; a product you delete or hide leaves it at the next rebuild. When Pro ends, synonyms and CMS items leave it at the next rebuild, on the next visit.
Searches: rows older than 90 days are removed when you open the app's page.
Removing the app: the collections belong to your site and stay in your CMS (shown as Live Product Search Bar: Settings, Index and Searches). You can delete them there. GRAMSHIFT keeps no copy.
Security
The app runs inside Wix and connects over HTTPS. Only the app can write its collections; visitors can only read the search list, which holds what your site already shows.
