These terms are an agreement between you, the owner of the Wix site where the app is installed, and GRAMSHIFT, the provider of the app. Wix.com Ltd. is not a party to these terms. Wix hosts the app and handles billing.
Live Product Search Bar adds a search box to your site that suggests your products and blog posts as visitors type and shows every result on the same page. On Pro it also counts what visitors search, applies your synonyms and searches the CMS collections you choose.
Any paid plan is bought, renewed, cancelled and refunded through Wix, under Wix's terms and policies. GRAMSHIFT does not take payments itself and never receives your card details.
While the app is installed on your site, you may use it for that site. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the app, or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows it.
You decide what the search box searches and how it looks, and you remain responsible for the content of your site, including product names, prices and the pages results link to.
The search list holds up to 60,000 items. Product names are searched as written in your site's main language. Results reflect your catalog as of the latest update, which is updated automatically after a change, starting with the next visit.
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRAMSHIFT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost sales or data, arising from the use of the app.
You can stop using the app at any time by removing it from your site. These terms may be updated; the version in force is the one published on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
