The app does not record your members' email addresses, and it sends no member data to GRAMSHIFT or to anyone else. When someone signs up on your site, the app reads the new member from Wix (login email address, whether Wix has confirmed it, status and signup time) to compare the address with your list, and keeps one row with the member ID and the result, without the address, in a private collection on your own Wix site. The list of addresses and domains you enter is saved in your site's CMS as part of the app's settings. The app's code runs on Wix's own hosting for Wix apps. GRAMSHIFT runs no server, database or other cloud service for this app.
The app keeps two collections in your site's CMS (Wix Data). They are set so that only the app and you, as the site owner, can read or change them; site visitors and members cannot.

The list of disposable email domains used for the marks in the waiting list (Pro) is part of the app itself, so no outside service is used. It comes from the open disposable-email-domains project (CC0 1.0).
Your dashboard connects to Wix over HTTPS. The app's code runs inside Wix, and the collections are stored by Wix as part of your site.
You, the site owner, decide who can become a member and which addresses go on the list, and are the controller of your members' data and of the addresses on your list. The app processes member data only to carry out the rules you set, on your behalf and on your site. We suggest your own privacy policy mention that new signups are checked against a list of approved addresses. GRAMSHIFT does not keep a copy of your collections.
When a site installs the app or buys a plan, Wix shares information about the installation and the subscription with app providers, and may share the site owner's contact details. GRAMSHIFT uses this only to manage plans, answer support requests and meet legal obligations, and does not sell it. Payments are processed by Wix; GRAMSHIFT never receives card details.
If you email us, we receive what you choose to send (for example your email address, your message and any screenshots). We use it only to answer you. Please do not send your members' email addresses or other personal data unless it is needed to solve the problem. Email to contact@gramshift.com is forwarded by our email forwarding provider (ImprovMX) to a mailbox hosted by Google (Gmail), so those providers process support emails on our behalf.
For member data and the addresses on your list, the app acts on the site owner's instructions; the site owner's own legal basis applies. For information received from Wix and for support emails, GRAMSHIFT is the controller and relies on its legitimate interest in managing plans and answering requests, and on legal obligations (for example tax records). GRAMSHIFT is based in Japan, so this information is processed in Japan and by the providers named above.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or object to its use, by emailing contact@gramshift.com. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. A member of a site that uses the app should contact the site owner, who controls their data.
If the app ever starts to store more data or send data anywhere else, this policy will be updated before that change is released, and the date above will change.

本アプリは会員のメールアドレスを記録せず、会員のデータを GRAMSHIFT にも第三者にも送りません。サイトに誰かが登録すると、アプリは Wix から新しい会員の情報（ログイン用のメールアドレス、Wix がそのアドレスを確認済みか、状態、登録日時）を読んでサイト主のリストと照らし、会員 ID と結果の1行（アドレスは含みません）を、お使いの Wix サイト内の非公開コレクションに置きます。サイト主が入力したアドレスとドメインのリストは、アプリの設定としてサイトの CMS に保存されます。アプリのプログラムは Wix アプリ用の Wix 自身の基盤で動きます。GRAMSHIFT は本アプリのためのサーバー・データベース・その他のクラウドを一切運用していません。

承認待ちの一覧の使い捨ての印（Pro）に使う使い捨てメールのドメインの一覧はアプリ自体に入っており、外部のサービスは使いません。公開プロジェクト disposable-email-domains（CC0 1.0）から作っています。ダッシュボードは HTTPS で Wix につながります。アプリのプログラムは Wix の中で動き、コレクションはサイトの一部として Wix が保管します。
誰を会員にするか、どのアドレスをリストに入れるかを決めるのはサイト主であり、会員のデータとリストのアドレスの管理者はサイト主です。本アプリは、サイト主が設定した規則を実行するためだけに、サイト主に代わってサイトの中で会員のデータを処理します。サイト主ご自身のプライバシーポリシーに「新しい登録を承認済みのアドレスのリストと照らす」旨を書くことをおすすめします。GRAMSHIFT はコレクションの写しを持っていません。
アプリの導入やプランの購入時に、Wix は導入とプランに関する情報をアプリ提供者に共有し、サイト主の連絡先を共有することがあります。GRAMSHIFT はこれをプランの管理・お問い合わせへの回答・法令対応にだけ使い、販売しません。支払いは Wix が処理し、GRAMSHIFT がカード情報を受け取ることはありません。
メールでお問い合わせいただいた場合、送っていただいた内容（メールアドレス・本文・画面写真など）を受け取り、回答のためだけに使います。問題の解決に必要な場合を除き、会員のメールアドレスなどの個人情報は送らないでください。contact@gramshift.com 宛のメールは転送サービス（ImprovMX）を通じて Google（Gmail）のメールボックスに届くため、これらの事業者がお問い合わせのメールを当方に代わって処理します。
会員のデータとリストのアドレスについては、本アプリはサイト主の指示に従って処理し、サイト主の法的根拠が適用されます。Wix から受け取る情報とお問い合わせのメールについては GRAMSHIFT が管理者であり、プランの管理と回答という正当な利益、および法令上の義務（税務の記録など）に基づきます。GRAMSHIFT は日本にあり、これらの情報は日本と上記の事業者のもとで処理されます。
当方が保有するあなたの個人情報の開示・訂正・削除・利用停止は contact@gramshift.com までご連絡ください。EEA・英国にお住まいの方は、所在地のデータ保護当局に苦情を申し立てることもできます。本アプリを使っているサイトの会員の方は、データの管理者であるサイト主にご連絡ください。
本アプリが保存するデータを増やす、またはどこかへデータを送るようになる場合は、その変更を出す前に本ポリシーを更新し、上の日付を変えます。
