These terms are an agreement between you, the owner of the Wix site where the app is installed, and GRAMSHIFT, the provider of the app. Wix.com Ltd. is not a party to these terms. Wix hosts the app, runs the App Market where you install it, and processes payments for paid plans. By installing or using the app you agree to these terms.
Member Approval Rules works on sites where new members wait for the site owner's approval. When someone signs up with an address on your list, and Wix has confirmed that they own the address, the app approves them. Everyone else keeps waiting for you, as without the app. On the app's page you can see the members waiting for approval and approve or block the ones you choose, many at a time, and test any address before you save. The app approves automatically only people who sign up while automatic approval is on.
The Free plan approves the first 25 addresses on your list automatically and includes bulk approve, bulk block, CSV import, the test box and the 30-day activity. The Pro plan adds whole domains, lists of any length and marks for disposable addresses in the waiting list. The prices shown on the app's pricing page in the Wix App Market at the time you buy apply.
Paid plans are bought, renewed, cancelled and refunded through Wix, under Wix's terms and policies. GRAMSHIFT does not take payments itself and never receives your card details. When a paid plan ends, the app goes back to the Free plan: domains and addresses after the first 25 are no longer approved automatically.
While the app is installed on your site, you may use it for that site. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the app, try to get around the plan limits, or reverse engineer it, except where that right cannot be excluded by applicable law.
You decide who may become a member of your site and what goes on your list, and you are responsible for doing so lawfully, including telling your members in your own privacy policy that signups are checked against a list. For the automatic approval to be safe and to work, set member signups to "Only people I approve" and ask new members to confirm their email ("Everyone who signs up"). You choose whom to approve or block in bulk; blocking cannot be undone by the app.
The app does not record your members' email addresses and sends nothing to GRAMSHIFT or to anyone else. It keeps your settings, including the addresses and domains on your list, and one row per new member with the member ID, the result and the time, in private collections on your own Wix site. Rows older than 30 days are removed when you open the app's page in your dashboard. The collections belong to your site and remain in its CMS after you remove the app; you can delete them there. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
The app relies on Wix to tell it about new and changed members and to confirm members' email addresses. Wix occasionally does not send a notice; the app then catches up with members from the last 7 days when someone else signs up or confirms, or when you open its page, so an approval can come later than usual. Members who signed up more than 7 days earlier, or before automatic approval was turned on, are left for you. If your site does not ask new members to confirm their email, people on your list stay waiting until you approve them. Blocking is carried out by Wix and, as Wix says, can take a few hours to apply everywhere. The waiting list on the app's page shows up to 500 people at a time.
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRAMSHIFT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost members, lost sales, lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer rights in your country of residence.
You can stop using the app at any time by removing it from your site. If the app is ever withdrawn from the App Market, we will post a notice on this page first.
These terms may be updated. The version in force is the one published on this page, and the date above changes when it is updated. If a change affects paid plans, it applies from your next renewal.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
