Open the right browser profile with one Stream Deck key
Browser Profile Launcher opens Chrome, Edge, Brave or Firefox in the profile you choose (work, personal, one per client) with one press, without the profile picker.
A key can also open a web address in that profile, or an Incognito, InPrivate or private window. No browser extension is needed.

What it does
Open Profile
Press the key and the browser opens in the profile you chose, without the profile picker. The key shows the profile name with its account picture or first letter.
Open a web address
Set a web address on the key to open that page in that profile: the mail of one client, the dashboard of another.
Private Window
Opens an Incognito (Chrome, Brave), InPrivate (Edge) or private (Firefox) window of the chosen profile.
Profile Cycle
Tap to step through your profiles on one key, hold for half a second to open the one shown. A tap never opens a window.

Works with Chrome, Edge, Brave and Firefox. Keys for different browsers can sit side by side.
Profiles listed for you
The settings list your profiles straight from the browser, so you pick one instead of typing folder names. You can also set your own label for the key.
Tell your profiles apart
Each Open Profile key shows the profile name with its account picture, or its first letter in the profile color, and the browser it opens.
Your browsing stays yours
It reads only the browser's profile list (names, account email and picture). It never opens your history, passwords or cookies.
No browser extension to install, and it never asks for administrator rights.
The only thing the direct version sends online is its license key check.
Set up in 3 steps
- Open the plugin file you download after buying. The Stream Deck app installs it.
- In the Stream Deck app, drag Open Profile, Private Window or Profile Cycle onto a key.
- Enter your license key once in a key's settings, then choose your browser and profile. Press the key to open it.

Questions
How do I open a Chrome profile with a Stream Deck key?
Drag Open Profile onto a key, choose Chrome and the profile in its settings, and press the key. Chrome opens in that profile without the profile picker. Edge, Brave and Firefox work the same way.
Can a key open a specific website in a certain profile?
Yes. Enter a web address in the key's settings and the page opens in that profile. Only http:// and https:// addresses can be opened.
Can I open an Incognito or InPrivate window of a profile?
Yes. The Private Window key opens an Incognito window in Chrome and Brave, an InPrivate window in Edge and a private window in Firefox.
Does it read my history or passwords?
No. It reads only the browser's profile list (names, account email and picture). It never opens your history, passwords or cookies, and no browser extension is needed.
How many PCs can I use with one license key?
Up to 3 of your own PCs. If you replace a PC, write to us and we free up a place for the new one.
How do I get new versions if I buy direct?
Download the latest version from your thank-you page or the key page you received. Your license key keeps working. If you cannot open your key page, email us as the "Recover a lost key" page explains.
What if I lose my license key?
Email contact@gramshift.com from the address you paid with, and include your order number, or the date and amount you paid. We check the purchase and reply with a link to your key page.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, for a direct purchase. If the plugin does not work on your PC, email us within 14 days of purchase and we refund the full amount. The license key stops working after the refund.

- Price
- ¥980, the same amount as on the Elgato Marketplace. Tax for your country is added at checkout.
- Payment
- Handled by Stripe through Link, Stripe's checkout service. Link appears as the seller on your receipt and card statement, and your card number never reaches GRAMSHIFT.
- Delivery
- Your license key and download link appear right after payment, and the receipt arrives by email.
- Refunds
- If the plugin does not work on your PC, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. You can also ask Link support. The license key stops working after a refund.
- License
- One key for your own use on up to 3 PCs.
- Countries
- The direct checkout is not offered in Ascension Island, China, Cuba, Iran, Kosovo, North Korea, Russia, Syria or Tristan da Cunha.

Limits
- Windows only.
- Works with the regular versions of Chrome, Edge, Brave and Firefox. Beta, Dev and Canary versions, Chromium, Opera, Vivaldi and portable copies are not supported.
- Only http:// and https:// web addresses can be opened.
- A browser needs to have been started at least once before its profiles can be listed.
- The direct version checks its license key with our server when you activate it, each time the plugin starts, and about once a day while it runs. If it cannot reach the server, it keeps working for up to 44 days after the last successful check.
