Stop your Windows PC from going to sleep in the middle of a long download, an export or a Claude Code task.

The AI Agents key keeps the PC awake only while Claude Code is working, then lets it sleep normally. Your power plan is never changed.

What the keys do
Keep Awake
Press to keep your PC from sleeping for 15 minutes to 4 hours, or until you press again. A ring on the key counts down the time left. Press again to stop.
Add Time
Each press adds 15, 30 or 60 minutes to the running timer, up to 8 hours left. When the timer is off, a press starts it with that time.
AI Agents
Shows how many Claude Code sessions are working, such as AI 2, and keeps the PC awake only while they work. When a reply finishes or Claude asks you a question, normal sleep comes back.
Keep the screen on too
Turn it on in a key's settings and the screen stays on as well as the PC, for a slide show or a progress bar you want to watch.
You choose the wait
A session that has gone quiet, such as one waiting at a permission prompt, stops counting after the time you choose, from 2 to 30 minutes. Press the AI Agents key to pause or resume it.
Keys that work together
Any one key can keep the PC awake, and every Keep Awake key shows the same timer. When Stream Deck closes, normal sleep returns.
Read it at a glance
The AI Agents key shows what it is doing: paused, watching with no session at work, or keeping the PC awake while sessions work.
Your power plan stays as it is
Your Windows power plan is never changed. When the timer ends or Stream Deck closes, normal sleep returns.
AI Agents looks only at the file times and the type of the last entry in Claude Code's session files on your PC. Prompts, replies and code are never kept or sent.
The only thing that goes online is the license key check.
Set up in 3 steps
- Open the plugin file you download after buying. The Stream Deck app installs it.
- In the Stream Deck app, drag Keep Awake, Add Time or AI Agents onto your Stream Deck and enter your license key once in its settings.
- Choose the time in the key's settings and press the key. The ring shows the time left.

Questions
How do I keep my Windows PC from sleeping with a Stream Deck key?
Add a Keep Awake key of Keep Awake for Windows, choose 15 minutes to 4 hours or Until turned off in its settings, and press it. A ring on the key counts down the time left. Press again to stop.
Can my PC stay awake only while Claude Code is working?
Yes. The AI Agents key shows how many Claude Code sessions are working and keeps the PC awake only while they work. When a reply finishes or Claude asks you a question, normal sleep comes back.
Can I add more time without starting over?
Yes. Each press of an Add Time key adds 15, 30 or 60 minutes to the running timer, up to 8 hours left. When the timer is off, a press starts it with that time.
Does it change my Windows power plan?
No. Your power plan is never changed. When the timer ends or Stream Deck closes, normal sleep returns.
Does it read my Claude Code prompts or code?
No. AI Agents looks only at the file times and the type of the last entry in Claude Code's session files on your PC. Prompts, replies and code are never kept or sent. The only thing that goes online is the license key check.
How many PCs can I use with one license key?
Up to 3 of your own PCs. If you replace a PC, write to us and we free up a place for the new one.
How do I get new versions if I buy direct?
Download the latest version from your thank-you page or the license key page you received. Your license key keeps working. If you cannot open your license key page, email us as the "Recover your license key" page explains.
What if I lose my license key?
Email contact@gramshift.com from the address you paid with, and include your order number, or the date and amount you paid. We check the purchase and reply with a link to your license key page.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, for a direct purchase. If the plugin does not work on your PC, email us within 14 days of purchase and we refund the full amount. The license key stops working after the refund.

- ¥480, the same amount as on the Elgato Marketplace. Tax for your country is added at checkout.

- Handled by Stripe through Link, Stripe's checkout service. Link appears as the seller on your receipt and card statement, and your card number never reaches GRAMSHIFT.

- Your license key and download link appear right after payment, and the receipt arrives by email.
- Refunds
- If the plugin does not work on your PC, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. You can also ask Link support. The license key stops working after a refund.
- License
- One key for your own use on up to 3 PCs.

- The direct checkout is not offered in Ascension Island, China, Cuba, Iran, Kosovo, North Korea, Russia, Syria or Tristan da Cunha.

Limits
- Windows only.
- AI Agents works with Claude Code on Windows (not in WSL). Codex is not supported.
- If one command runs longer than the wait you chose (a long build, for example), the PC may sleep; use Keep Awake for those.
- The direct version checks its license key with our server when you activate it, each time the plugin starts, and about once a day while it runs. If it cannot reach the server, it keeps working for up to 44 days after the last successful check.
