Stream Deck plugin for Automobilista 2 on Windows
Live Automobilista 2 telemetry on your Stream Deck keys
Race Deck: Automobilista 2 shows fuel and laps left, tyre wear, temperature and pressure, your live delta to your best lap, position with the gaps ahead and behind, flags, and TC, ABS and brake bias right on your keys while you drive.
Press a key to send the game key you choose, and your Stream Deck becomes a sim racing button box with a live dashboard. Fuel per lap is measured on your own recent clean laps.

What the keys show
Fuel
Litres or US gallons with a tank bar, the laps left and the fuel used per lap, from your recent clean laps. In a race it compares with the laps to the flag: a red SHORT 1.4 LAPS if it will not reach, yellow if the margin is under a lap.
Position
Your place and the number of cars, with the overall race gaps ahead and behind in seconds or laps. A drive-through or stop-and-go penalty shows here too.
Lap Times
Live delta to your best lap in green or red, or the current lap time, with your last and best laps.
TC / ABS / Brake Bias
Traction control and ABS levels, OFF at 0, and brake bias in percent to the front.
Tyres
Four corners in colour, with the compound when it fits. Choose wear (0 is new), tread temperature or tyre temperature in C or F, or pressure in psi, kPa or bar.
Session
Time left or the lap, laps to go, the session and the flag: blue, yellow, red, black, chequered and more.
Pit & Stint
Pit lane, pit box and LIMITER, stint laps and time, your requested stop and the lap of a mandatory stop.
Choose what each key shows
Pick these in each key's settings: tread temperature, tyre temperature or pressure instead of wear, and the current lap time instead of the delta.
A button box with a live dashboard
Every key can also send the game key you choose, for example F13 or Ctrl+Shift+P, once you bind the same key in the game. By default it sends only while the game is the active window, so presses stay out of your other windows.
Reads the race data, tells you when it is not live
The keys read the race data Automobilista 2 shares on your PC. Nothing is written to the game.
NO GAME, NO SESSION and STALE tell you when the data is not live, so you can tell a stopped number from a live one.
The race data stays on your PC. The only thing that goes online is the license key check.
Set up in 3 steps
- Open the plugin file you download after buying. The Stream Deck app installs it.
- In the Stream Deck app, drag the keys you want onto your Stream Deck and enter your license key once in a key's settings.
- In Automobilista 2, open Options > System and set Shared Memory to Project CARS 2. You do this once. On track, the keys show your car.

Questions
How do I see Automobilista 2 fuel, tyres and lap delta on Stream Deck?
In the game, open Options > System and set Shared Memory to Project CARS 2. Then drag the Fuel, Tyres or Lap Times keys onto your Stream Deck. On track, the keys show your car.
Can a key press send a game key, like a button box?
Yes. Enter a key such as F13 or Ctrl+Shift+P in a key's settings and bind the same key in the game's controls. F13 to F24 avoid clashes. By default it sends only while the game is the active window.
Does it work with Project CARS 2 or other games?
No. It is made for Automobilista 2 on PC. Project CARS 2 itself and other games that share data the same way show UNSUPPORTED. If a game update changes the shared data, keys may show wrong numbers or UNSUPPORTED until a plugin update.
Why do the keys say NO GAME?
The game is closed, or Shared Memory is off or set to another mode. In the game, open Options > System and set Shared Memory to Project CARS 2.
How many PCs can I use with one license key?
Up to 3 of your own PCs. If you replace a PC, write to us and we free up a place for the new one.
How do I get new versions if I buy direct?
Download the latest version from your thank-you page or the license key page you received. Your license key keeps working. If you cannot open your license key page, email us as the "Recover your license key" page explains.
What if I lose my license key?
Email contact@gramshift.com from the address you paid with, and include your order number, or the date and amount you paid. We check the purchase and reply with a link to your license key page.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, for a direct purchase. If the plugin does not work on your PC, email us within 14 days of purchase and we refund the full amount. The license key stops working after the refund.

Limits
- Windows only, with the game and your Stream Deck on the same PC. Stream Deck keys only: the actions do not go on dials.
- Reads Automobilista 2 only. Project CARS 2 itself and other games that share data the same way show UNSUPPORTED. If an update changes the shared data, keys may show wrong numbers or UNSUPPORTED until a plugin update.
- We checked the plugin in a reproduced environment that writes the shared data in the game's format, not in a live session of the game, so neither the numbers nor the sent keys have been tried in the game itself. If something looks wrong on your setup, write to us.
- NO GAME: the game is closed, or Shared Memory is off or set to another mode. NO SESSION: menus. REPLAY or VIEWING: a replay or another car is in view, and the last values stay on the keys. STALE: the data stopped changing for 3 seconds.
- Gaps are overall, not by class.
- Tyre wear is the value the game reports, times 100: 0 is new, and around 50 is near the limit.
- Fuel per lap needs one full lap without a pit visit. The delta needs one best lap from line to line. Invalid laps do not count, and both start again with a new session. STINT -- shows until your first pit exit (in a race, the stint counts from the start).
- Sent keys do not reach a game running as administrator: start it normally. The display keys still work.
- If a press is not sent (the game was not in front, or anti-cheat hid the name of the program in front), the Status line in the key's settings says why: set Game program, or turn off the active-window check.
- The direct version checks its license key with our server when you activate it, each time the plugin starts, and about once a day while it runs. If it cannot reach the server, it keeps working for up to 44 days after the last successful check.
