Music and credits
Some games use music that its composers allow anyone to use on condition of credit (such as CC BY). If the music is audible, please add the credit listed for that game.
Outside tracks (CC BY, Pixabay and so on) may be registered with platforms’ automatic copyright matching, so a claim or muted audio can happen regardless of us. GRAMSHIFT will not file copyright claims against videos or streams that follow this policy.
On live streams (YouTube Live and others), a match can interrupt the stream even if you have credited the music. For live streams we recommend turning the music off.
If you’d rather avoid this, turn the music off in the game’s settings. Sound effects can stay on.
Please keep to these
- Don’t present your channel or stream as official, or imply that GRAMSHIFT partners with or endorses you.
- Don’t use our games in content that breaks the law, harms others or infringes anyone’s rights.
- Don’t show cheats or modifications, and don’t distribute the app or its game data.
- Don’t make videos that are mainly the game’s music (such as soundtrack or study/sleep music videos).
- If a video or stream doesn’t follow this policy, we may ask for it to be taken down.
Nice to have (optional)
- We’d love it if you put the game’s name and its Google Play link in your description (each game above has ready-to-paste text).
- Feel free to use game screens, icons and characters in your thumbnails and videos.
FAQ
- Do I need permission to stream or post videos?
- No. As long as you follow this page, you don’t need to apply or tell us.
- Can I monetize?
- Yes. Ad revenue, Super Chat and tips, memberships, paid streams and sponsored streams are all fine.
- Can I make clips or shorts?
- Yes, clips of your own streams and short videos are fine.
- What if the music gets a copyright claim?
- It isn’t from GRAMSHIFT. Add the game’s credit to your description first, then dispute the claim. Tracks from Pixabay or OpenTracks can be disputed on the basis of their licenses. To avoid the hassle, turn the music off in the game’s settings.
- If this policy changes, what happens to my old videos?
- As far as GRAMSHIFT’s rights go, videos and archived streams published before a change are covered by the policy in effect when you published them.
- What kind of games are they?
- A shikaku (divide-the-grid) puzzle, a nonogram, an idle RPG, sudoku, mahjong solitaire, a survivors-like action game and a tower defense game. All are for Android and free to download.
About this policy
This policy covers the rights GRAMSHIFT holds (game visuals, characters and our own audio). Music by outside composers is used under its own license. We may update this policy without notice. When we do, the previous version stays available on a dated page (this version: gramshift.com/en/video-policy/2026-10-07/). Contact: gramshift.official@gmail.com
