This guide goes through each telemetry setting in F1 25 and what to set it to, how to send the data from a PlayStation or Xbox to your PC, and what to check, in order, when your dashboard or app receives nothing. At the end it shows how to keep ERS, fuel and tyre temperatures on your Stream Deck keys while you drive.
The F1 25 telemetry settings, one by one
You find them under Settings, Telemetry Settings. The names below are the ones the game shows in English.
| Setting | Set it to | Why |
|---|---|---|
| UDP Telemetry | On | With it Off, the game sends nothing at all. |
| UDP Broadcast Mode | Off | With it Off, the game sends to the one address you type below. |
| UDP IP Address | 127.0.0.1 when your app runs on the same PC as the game. Your PC's network address when the game runs on a console or another PC. | This is where the game sends the data. 127.0.0.1 means "this PC". |
| UDP Port | 20777 | The game and your app must use the same number. 20777 is the one most apps expect. |
| UDP Send Rate | 20 Hz is enough | A higher rate makes a display follow faster. |
| UDP Format | 2025 in F1 25, or 2026 with the 2026 Season Pack. 2024 in F1 24. | It must be a format your app reads. An app that does not read it shows nothing or wrong numbers. |
Step by step: turn on telemetry in F1 25 (game and app on the same PC)
- In F1 25, open Settings, then Telemetry Settings.
- Set UDP Telemetry to On and UDP Broadcast Mode to Off.
- Set UDP IP Address to
127.0.0.1and UDP Port to20777. - Set UDP Format to 2025, or to 2026 if you have the 2026 Season Pack and your app reads 2026.
- Start your app, then drive out onto the track. Most of the data is only sent while you are on track, so in the menus your app may show nothing. That is normal.
From a PlayStation or Xbox to your PC
- On the PC, find its network address: open Command Prompt, type
ipconfigand note the IPv4 Address of the adapter you use (for example192.168.1.20). - On the console, in F1 25's Telemetry Settings, set UDP IP Address to that address and keep UDP Port at
20777. - In your app on the PC, turn on receiving from the network if it has such an option. In Race Deck for F1 25 this is Receive from: This PC and the network in each key's settings.
- The first time data arrives, Windows may ask whether to allow the app through the firewall. Allow it on private networks, and make sure your home network is set to Private in Windows.
The PC and the console must be on the same home network. If your router gives the PC a new address later, update the address in the game.
F1 25 telemetry not working? Check these in order
- You are in a menu, or UDP Telemetry is Off. Drive onto the track and check again. Then check that UDP Telemetry is On.
- The address or port does not match. On the same PC the address is
127.0.0.1. From a console it is the PC's IPv4 address. The port in the game and in your app must be the same number. - The UDP Format does not match. If your app reads 2025 and the game sends 2026 (or the other way round), you get nothing or wrong numbers. A format you chose in an earlier game, or before installing the 2026 Season Pack, may no longer match your app. Pick a format your app lists.
- Another program already uses the port. Only one program can receive on one port. If you run two telemetry apps, close one, use the first app's forwarding to pass the data on to the second, or give each its own port.
- Windows Firewall blocks it (console or second PC only). Allow the app on private networks, as in the console steps above.
Keep ERS, fuel and tyres on your Stream Deck while you race
With telemetry on, Race Deck for F1 25 puts ERS, fuel, tyres and the race around you on your Stream Deck keys, so they stay in view during the race. ERS and fuel are there at a glance instead of in the MFD:
- ERS & Fuel: ERS store in percent, deployment mode and fuel laps to spare.
- Tyres: all four tyres as colored cells laid out like the car, showing wear, surface or inner temperature, plus compound and age.
- Race Status: position, gaps to the cars ahead and behind, lap, DRS, yellow and blue flags, safety car and VSC. With the 2026 Season Pack and UDP Format 2026, the DRS place shows Overtake Mode for cars on the 2026 rules.
- Button box: a press can send the game key you choose, such as the pit limiter or the MFD, by default only while the game is the active window.
It uses the same settings as above: UDP Telemetry On, IP 127.0.0.1, port 20777, and UDP Format 2026, 2025 or 2024. The keys also tell you which of the checks above to look at:
| The key shows | What to check |
|---|---|
| NO DATA | Nothing arrived for 3 seconds: the game is closed or in a menu, UDP Telemetry is off, or the port or IP address in the game is different. |
| UNSUPPORTED | The game sends a format the plugin does not read. Set UDP Format to 2026, 2025 or 2024. |
| PORT BUSY | Another program already uses the port. Close it, use another port in the game and in the keys, or use the other app's forwarding. |
When nothing arrives for 3 seconds, the keys show NO DATA instead of old or wrong numbers. If the game runs on a console, the keys show the telemetry but cannot send keys to the console. Everything runs on your PC; the plugin only receives telemetry and sends nothing over the network.

Frequently asked questions
Where are the telemetry settings in F1 25?
Open Settings, then Telemetry Settings. There you set UDP Telemetry, UDP Broadcast Mode, UDP IP Address, UDP Port, UDP Send Rate and UDP Format.
What UDP port does F1 25 use?
Use 20777, the number most apps expect. Whatever number you choose, the game and the app that receives the data must use the same one, and only one program can receive on a port.
Which UDP Format should I choose in F1 25?
Choose a format your app reads: 2025 for F1 25, or 2026 with the 2026 Season Pack. If the format does not match, the app shows nothing or wrong numbers.
Why is my F1 25 telemetry not working?
Check in this order: you are on track and UDP Telemetry is On; the IP address and port match your app; the UDP Format is one your app reads; no other program uses the same port; and, from a console, Windows Firewall allows the app on private networks.
Can I see ERS, fuel and tyre temperatures from F1 25 on a Stream Deck?
Yes. Race Deck for F1 25 shows ERS and fuel, all four tyres with wear and temperatures, and position, gaps, DRS and flags on your Stream Deck keys while you race, using the game's UDP telemetry.
