See and clean Windows junk files from Stream Deck keys
To delete temp files and clear the Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Brave cache on Windows from a Stream Deck, add Temp & Cache Cleaner and put its Clean All key on your Stream Deck: the key shows how much space you can free right now, and holding it for 1 second deletes those files and shows the space you got back. Only files older than 24 hours are deleted by default, and an open browser keeps its cache.

| Category | What it holds |
|---|---|
| User Temp folder | Temporary files that programs and installers leave in your own Temp folder. |
| Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Brave cache | Copies of web pages and images the browser keeps to load sites faster. It downloads them again when needed. Passwords, history, cookies and bookmarks are not in these folders and are not touched. |
| Thumbnail cache | The small pictures File Explorer shows for your files. Explorer makes them again. |
| Crash dumps and error reports | Files Windows writes when a program crashes. |
| DirectX and GPU shader cache | Shaders that games and the graphics driver build again when needed (the first start of a game after a clean can take a little longer). |

Add the Clean All key of Temp & Cache Cleaner and hold it for 1 second. It deletes the files older than 24 hours in your Temp folder and in the browser, thumbnail, crash dump and shader caches you tick, and shows how much space it freed.
Yes. Add a Category key, choose Chrome cache and hold the key for 1 second. Edge, Firefox and Brave work the same way. While the browser is open its cache is kept, and the key says close it first. Edge, Chrome and Brave can keep running in the background after their windows close; the support page shows how to turn that off.
These folders hold files that Windows and your programs make again when they need them. By default only files older than 24 hours are deleted, files that Windows reports as in use are kept, an open browser's cache is kept, and links to other folders are never followed. Deleted files cannot be restored.
No. A short press only counts again. Only holding the key for 1 second cleans, and you can turn holding off in the key's settings so the key only shows the size.
When Windows reports that a program is using a file, the file is kept. The key counts it as in use, kept, and its space comes back after that program closes and you hold the key again.
